Join Emily DeTar as she reflects on our growing need for stillness. Whether it’s summer vacation for some, or just another season, life is moving fast. How anxiously we run after life, is a different story. Taking the time to be still is vital, for our selves, the people we love, and the ways we live into our values. Come refocus your center, and find the peace in stillness.
Emily is a candidate for Unitarian Universalist ministry. She serves as the ministerial intern for the First Unitarian Society of Westchester, and as the Unitarian Universalist Minister’s Association intern. She was the Summer Ministerial Intern here last summer.
