Hi! Stewardship Director here. We’ve had some recent questions about people not receiving their pledge statements on a regular basis. The pledge statements are sent out from our database, using the email tool Constant Contact. You should receive one every month, around the beginnng of the month. I plan on sending the next one out on Thursday, June 1.
If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder first, and then email Stewardship@summitbeacon.org.
Since the database sends a link, you have to access your record via that link before the next one is sent out, because the old one gets overwritten. Some people have had trouble accessing links from previous months. Not only is that information out of date, but the link will have been overwritten and no longer be valid.
Alternatively, you always have access to your records in the congregational portal in the church database! Please check out your options on the Directory tab of the website. You can create a log in here.
