Expressive Arts Workshop
The Women In Transitions workshop is for every woman who finds herself wondering “what do I want? What is my next step?”
Women often find themselves going through life changes, big and small, and have to find new balance in their lives, a new way to be.
This workshop inspires self-exploration in a supportive, non-judgmental, safe environment through fun creative methods.
It provides an opportunity to create and share with others while reconnecting with their innate creative soul, gain new insights, and embrace their inner strength in order to move forward.
Expressive Arts is a creative holistic practice. It combines visual arts, movement, drama, music, writing and other creative processes to foster deep personal growth, self-discovery and empowerment.
