Getting Connected
We invite you to connect with our community in several ways including being a member, friend or a fan of Beacon. You are welcome to belong at Beacon, even if you only ever attend virtually.
We are a covenantal, non-creedal community, meaning we are about right relationship, not right belief (members are not required to profess a certain belief in order to join). As members, we take shared responsibility in living out our mission to be a radically inclusive community that feeds the human spirit and heals the world.
First Visit? Let us know you are visiting.
Connecting@Beacon: Are you feeling a spark at Beacon? Want to get connected? Awesome! Join us for one hour, where we will explore ways to connect in small groups, outreach, stewardship, lifespan, and more! Click here for information about upcoming Connecting sessions, which may be held in person or virtually, or both!
Signatures and Celebrations! We recognize our newest members a few times a year and extend invitations to sign the membership book, upcoming Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024.
Becoming@Beacon: As a way to deepen connections with other newcomers at Beacon, we warmly invite you to join us for our next session of the Becoming Series, meeting in the Library on the 2nd floor after service; stay tuned for forthcoming dates. In these sessions you’ll meet with Rev. Robin and worship leaders to hear more about Beacon’s congregational programming including lifespan small groups for all ages, our social justice ministry, tools to connect including our database and more generally about Unitarian Universalism.
While this series is intended for you to learn about the different opportunities at Beacon it gives us a chance to get to know you better and help you build the connections you’re looking for. Sign up here today!
