Beacon seeks an Assistant Minister who will lead a pastoral care ministry that feeds the human spirit and communications that will ensure our light shines far beyond our walls as we endeavor to heal the world and be radically inclusive.  The Pastoral Care Ministry is robust with 10 trained lay chaplains and new chaplains joining this year.  The Communications is supported by a Communications Team and a strategy developed by a consultant over the last 18 months.  It will be the Assistant Minister’s role to execute strategy in communications and pastoral care in collaboration with the Lead Ministry Team.
