Mindfulness Meditations Moves Online
For over four years, every Wednesday evening, Beacon’s beautiful Sanctuary has offered a quiet, reflective space to explore mindfulness meditation as a group. During that time, coming together through meditation at Beacon has been a great source of support. One that's extended far beyond our meditation practice… it has touched our lives. Now more than ever, meditating in community can offer a great source of support, comfort and connection. One that can help us through these uncertain times. Whether you're brand new to meditation, or simply looking for a space to practice with others, we warmly welcome all to these freely offered, live online sits.
Through the experience of guided meditation, reflective readings and group sharing, we will:
- Pause together for 30 minutes...
- Transition from thinking to being...
- And explore a steadiness in these ever-changing, turbulent times.
Evening Sits:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:30pm
Wednesdays @ 8:30pm
Morning Sits:
Fridays & Saturdays @ 10:30am
