Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day?
Join Rev. Dr. Jé Hooper Ph.D. in a critical examination of the adage, “Don’t wear white after Labor Day!” (to avoid a fashion faux pas). We’ll delve into what happens when we do not interrogate myths and challenge narratives that uphold social status under the guise of social standards. We eventually adopt narratives that confine and hinder our authenticity and cause us to lose the deep connection with ourselves, preventing us from living as fully as we are able. Let's explore this myth together and put on a garment of collective worth.
