Liberation Seder with Congregation Beth Hatikvah and Fountain Baptist Church

Fountain Baptist Church and Congregation Beth Hatikvah have invited Beacon to join their fifth Liberation Seder to tell the stories of their peoples’ journeys from bondage to freedom and oppression to justice.

In this unique virtual event, we will combine our traditions and music to create a meaningful new take on the ancient ritual commemorating the story of the biblical flight from Egypt, as well as the African-American emancipation from enslavement in America.
