Lyndsey and Jeffrey Garibaldi invite you to explore transcendental meditation (TM) with certified TM teachers, Randy McKenzie and Alice Brickman. TM is a simple technique as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, using a silent mantra that allows the mind to settle down to experience quieter levels of the thinking process. This evidence-based technique is a non-religious practice that produces coherent brain functioning, reduces stress and anxiety, improves health and sleep, improves relationships, and develops higher states of consciousness. TM is absolutely effortless and anyone can do it — even if you think you "can't meditate".
